Cant say enough good things about this place. The people are amazing and the culture is top notch. Exciting stuff going on

The free lunches, which they took away as a punishment for not eating together in the cafe were good. (Have since started again) Insurance used to be decent and company paid, now it is horrible and company paid.

Lack of communication (currently going through a merger or sale and no information has been released, moral is incredibly low) unrealistic expectations, no annual raises, no upward mobility, pick and choose which regulations to follow, management is a joke and made up of individuals unqualified for their positions but since they are part of the family, a majority would never get their positions at any other company.
