Pros
The people are all very friend and nice. For the most part, the environment is very relaxed and you get to dress your day.
Cons
The benefits are not good compared to others. They do not match for retirement, but rather have a profit sharing plan. Pay and benefits compared to friends I have at other companies is severely lacking.
