      The company as a whole cares about their employees but their clients as well. They have a great benefit package and a the opportunity for growth within the company.

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
