      Pros

      Onboarding orientation is great! They give you a week of training and go over all the applications the firm uses in depth. Buddy system is very helpful when you have questions regarding your work or the firm.

      Cons

      Depending on your department the software is a little difficult to learn on your own as a remote employee. Aprio does provide videos to help you through the process. Like any public firm, hours will be long during busy season.

      Pros

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
