Pros
The Firm is very organized with respect to onboarding new personnel. The Firm has a distinctive culture which revolve around the 31 fundamentals. There is a lot of emphasis put on these fundamentals with constant reminders (daily). This helps build culture within the Firm. I am a "boomer", so I need a little extra help from time to time on technology. The Firm personnel I have met so far have been patient and helpful. I am part of a merger. The Firm has been very welcoming.
Cons
I have not experienced anything disappointing during my first 90 days with the Firm. There is certainly a lot to learn when you merge into a new organization.
