      Pros

      Great benefits and a generous time off policy. Really awesome coworkers and culture. Challenging work and room for growth/development. Competitive pay and flexibility in your work life balance. I came from another CPA firm and Aprio truly does have work-life balance. It's not just some concept that leadership throws around to make people feel good.

      None that I can think of.

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
