Cons
I worked on the Product Team and there could be ups and downs with planning. Moreover, some of the upper management can abuse their power. But there will always be company politics wherever you go. Diversity can be better. I would say also company matching should start already when an employee begins that's the only down side.

This is the best company out there to work for!!
Cons
Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
