      Pros

      Culture driven organization and sticks to them, not just lip service. I have experience in the Big 4 and second tier and Aprio is the place am happiest hands down. Growth mindset, great people and forward thinking.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind that isn't inherent to our overall industry.
