Pros
Used to be a good place to work. Many really nice people. They used to treat employees like real people that were cared about.
Cons
Now everyone is just a number. Hit monthly numbers or you're not eligible for a bonus anymore regardless of what else you contribute to the firm. Good long time employees are being let go regardless of what they've done to build the firm up.
