We appreciate your feedback. Over the past two years, Aptean has had great success building a stronger, more stable company. We have continued to focus on the long-term success of our customers and in doing so have made changes to our strategy, to focus on customers first and then on acquiring businesses who can benefit from our strategy and scale. While we recognize that being part of an acquisition can be disruptive, we spend a lot of our time continuously learning from the process and driving improvements to our integration processes, to minimize the impact on our people. We continue to see the advancement of careers of high performers within our core business and the businesses that we have acquired. And when we have to make tough decisions that have an adverse impact on our employees, we do so transparently and with a great sense of responsibility to our entire employee base.

Pros

Great environment, the culture is truely incresible

Cons

Slight last of confidence in the future. Recent re-orgs, very single threaded in critical support areas, and ambiguity around when functionalities/tech will be launch give a bit of concern.

Pros

The salary is good if you negotiate at entry into the company. They also have a good bonus structure when you hit the marks and get it. People in product and services are generally good people.

Cons

Raises are almost non-existent, if you get promoted, it is almost as if you didn't get a raise. Being in services is almost like living under a rock, you will not get visibility in any other area of the company. Extremely HIGH turnover in consultants and leadership. Not somewhere I would recommend somewhere who wants to learn and continuously grow in their career in the long term.
