Each of our products and acquisitions is unique in terms of how we can help the business be set-up for long-term success. For some of our businesses, we need to focus, making changes to be more efficient in how we deliver mission critical products to our customers. We do not make changes without spending a lot of time in the business, talking to customers, and reviewing what we do and do not do well, as an organization. At times, this focus may have a direct impact on our people, a decision we do not take lightly. When there is an impact on our people, we try to address the situation with integrity and provide support for our people during the transition. While we do not underestimate the impact on the individual, we are confident these changes will help ensure the longer term success and stability of the product and the team.
