Pros

+Close to my home, fellow coworkers were great!

Cons

- I sat next to my boss who sat next to their boss. Who’s idiotic idea was that - my job title and description was to help customers, instead I was the long arm of collections - job consisted of threatening shutdown of services to customers and increasing prices year over year. -job title remained the same, but after manager transition (which happens frequently) job description did not match what I did. -poor choice of middle level management with very little experience in managing actual people. -last manager was threatening and did not know how to manage a team -due to my young age at the time of employment, I was often taken as a joke or not as seriously when in conversation or presenting ideas. Although my performance was above average and background spoke otherwise.

Pros

Great environment, the culture is truely incresible

Cons

Slight last of confidence in the future. Recent re-orgs, very single threaded in critical support areas, and ambiguity around when functionalities/tech will be launch give a bit of concern.

Pros

The salary is good if you negotiate at entry into the company. They also have a good bonus structure when you hit the marks and get it. People in product and services are generally good people.

Cons

Raises are almost non-existent, if you get promoted, it is almost as if you didn't get a raise. Being in services is almost like living under a rock, you will not get visibility in any other area of the company. Extremely HIGH turnover in consultants and leadership. Not somewhere I would recommend somewhere who wants to learn and continuously grow in their career in the long term.
