Pros

Nice People. Good environment. Very Flexible Timings. Work Life Balance. Good starting Salary. WFH (Officially 1 day per month, total 12 in year). However you are not allowed to WFH for first 1 year. It was a good experience working here. Taking away two stars because of Job security issue and Management instability.

Cons

Highly Unstable Senior Management. Job insecurity: If product for which an employee is working gets sold then there is lot of uncertainty. You may get benefited or might end losing your job. Hikes Food court has very limited option. No Campus.

Thank you for your review. We did have some big changes last year and recognize the impact it had on the teams that were part of the divestitures, as well as the teams that stayed with Aptean. The changes have positioned us to be a more focused company, providing ERP and compliance solutions to our customers around the world. We believe we are positioned well for the future and anticipate aggressive growth as we acquire products that align to ERP and compliance, as well as transition some of our existing products to SaaS. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and appreciate your contributions during your time here.

Pros

Great environment, the culture is truely incresible

Cons

Slight last of confidence in the future. Recent re-orgs, very single threaded in critical support areas, and ambiguity around when functionalities/tech will be launch give a bit of concern.

Pros

The salary is good if you negotiate at entry into the company. They also have a good bonus structure when you hit the marks and get it. People in product and services are generally good people.

Cons

Raises are almost non-existent, if you get promoted, it is almost as if you didn't get a raise. Being in services is almost like living under a rock, you will not get visibility in any other area of the company. Extremely HIGH turnover in consultants and leadership. Not somewhere I would recommend somewhere who wants to learn and continuously grow in their career in the long term.
