As a fresher you may get better offer then others. but it's a trap overall for long term.
Cons
Only few good teams rest are not good for growth. No support from direct supervisor for learning. Hard work doesn't pay off.
Hikes are too low, i don't know weather I should call it hike or something else.

Great environment, the culture is truely incresible
Cons
Slight last of confidence in the future. Recent re-orgs, very single threaded in critical support areas, and ambiguity around when functionalities/tech will be launch give a bit of concern.
The salary is good if you negotiate at entry into the company. They also have a good bonus structure when you hit the marks and get it. People in product and services are generally good people.
Cons
Raises are almost non-existent, if you get promoted, it is almost as if you didn't get a raise. Being in services is almost like living under a rock, you will not get visibility in any other area of the company. Extremely HIGH turnover in consultants and leadership. Not somewhere I would recommend somewhere who wants to learn and continuously grow in their career in the long term.
