Pros
Can't really think of any, under paid, over worked, weak benefits, no telecommuting if you are based in Atlanta, layoffs....yeah, nothing positive
Cons
They expect you to work 50 hours a week, the salary's are under market value. I don't know if management knows what they are doing. I've worked for 3 people in the same department, in under 18 months. It's like Senior Management just throws s++i at the wall to see what sticks. We had a PMO for 4 months, then that was scraped and we went back to what we were doing. No direction. Layoffs out the ying yang. All of Finance and IT was let go, I think they have until June.
