Great New CEO who is has initiated significant change in the culture and business strategy to make Aptean more inclusive, transparent and setting clarity on our objectives. There are many new faces on the leadership team (less than a year in the company) which is helping to drive turnaround in many areas and making jobs more rewarding (and challenging for some). I have worked in many big companies in the past, I can honestly say ALL my co-workers in Aptean are amazing; They work diligently to make things better for the customer and their co-workers, respectful to each other, open in discussions, look for ways to improve the company and then take ownership to deliver that change. I enjoy coming to work - there are plenty of business opportunities that keep me on my toes.
Cons
The company is accelerating change - there is an impact to some folk who do not understand or cannot keep up with the pace of change. take a deep breath and trust the leadership are doing the right thing for customers and employees in the long term.
