Pros

People (the ones that do real work rather than talking big) are professional, experienced and knowledgeable--a lot of them have impressive background. You can learn great things from them and they are willing to share. NOTE: Now they are either fired or being let go.

Cons

Everything that you care about a company is a con at this company. I mean where do I start? Mediocre products, poor customer service due to ineffective inter-departments communications, daydreaming higher level management who make unrealistic strategic decisions that are impractical for lower management to carry out, who are also fired and changed to an entire new team on a bi-yearly basis, absolutely NOT team-oriented--they blame you for "not being able to adapt to changes" when the "change" is to outsource your department and fire you. How do you "take a deep breath and trust the leadership doing the right thing", when the company is still in developing stage and already not seeking to drive revenue growth but ONLY focusing on cutting as much cost as possible? Hilarious, it's like blindfolding you and telling you not to worry while planning to push you off a cliff. Cash is the most important above all else because they either need to look good so Vista can use it to attract buyers, or they need to buy more mediocre products to get more money out of their existing customers' pockets. Solution driven? Just kidding!

Pros

Great environment, the culture is truely incresible

Cons

Slight last of confidence in the future. Recent re-orgs, very single threaded in critical support areas, and ambiguity around when functionalities/tech will be launch give a bit of concern.

Pros

The salary is good if you negotiate at entry into the company. They also have a good bonus structure when you hit the marks and get it. People in product and services are generally good people.

Cons

Raises are almost non-existent, if you get promoted, it is almost as if you didn't get a raise. Being in services is almost like living under a rock, you will not get visibility in any other area of the company. Extremely HIGH turnover in consultants and leadership. Not somewhere I would recommend somewhere who wants to learn and continuously grow in their career in the long term.
