- Global and dynamic organization - Positive work environment - Committed, international team - After the last 10 or so years of very hard work, the company is clearly maturing in terrms of better procedures and more focus on employee satisfaction and engagement. - This is the right work environment for people with drive and passion. - The company is growing gradually, but is not that large that it becomes bureaucratic. There is plenty of room for innovation and great ideas will be heard.
Cons
- Work/Life Balance maybe. The company is continuing to develop and grow. There is a great working environment and this is a great place for people with passion that want to acomplish growth, but workload is high.
