Pros

When I worked here, this was still a rather small company. The was a real bond between the colleagues and little competitive atmosphere.

Cons

The employee satisfaction rate was very low when I worked here due to being overworked and what seemed to be lack of focus and strategic direction. It was a chaotic working environment.
