Pros
The best thing about this company was the fellow employees. We all knew where we stood within the company, and how little our opinion really mattered. Some management will listen to what their colleagues have to say, but there is no power outside of the executives to change anything or make any load a little easier.
Cons
Upper Management - All C level executives and board members only cared about their dollar and never once for the employee. Everything is micromanaged - Everything.... Bad Pay - For the work that is demanded from each employee, the compensation is a joke. Little to no creative freedom - If someone has an idea of how something could be made better, their idea will most likely not be taken into consideration on the final line.
