Pros
Relaxed work environment. I made lasting friends with with my peers during my time there. The retirement package was good. I think some people were ok with their salary, but I only made a competitive salary after I went to my new job.
Cons
The upper management was very out of touch with their organization, and because of it made very poor choices that hurt their work and employees. The workers do not feel valued. I was one of many employees who were able to find other work so we could get out of the company as we saw that it was heading downhill. I found out that a lot of people have left since me, and more are looking to leave for the same reasons. Unless some big management changes happen, this company's future does not look very bright. The company could have some potential if the right people called the shots.
