The employees were great to work with, but now they're all leaving. 1 or 2 people in upper management know what they're doing.

Cons

Terrible for my career. I left actually knowing less about my job than when I started. Under-valued and under-paid. Upper management is comically incompetent. They’re constantly making poor decisions and are completely blind to how it's affecting their staff. Things have gotten so bad I would be surprised if they’re in business for much longer without making some serious changes.
