Pros

I collect a paycheck and work with some very talented individuals. I have seen people easily relocate to other companies, so TRM seems to open up some pretty good job opportunities if you can stick it out long enough.

Cons

TRM pretty much owns you. You will have no work/life balance. Expect receiving and having to respond to e-mails at all hours of the night and over the weekend. TRM will throw you under the bus for the client every step of the way just to make a few extra bucks. Expect to be miserable pretty much the entire time you are there and expect to see people leave the company week after week in this high turnover atmosphere.
