      Pros

      Exciting product offering, very direct, positive, open culture, right to CX level. Excellent support from HR and management teams. Huge potential for growth as a company and personally.

      Cons

      None! There are always issues with companies going through significant change, but at Aptiv, they’re very good at getting out in front of them and communicating clearly, there really are no issues that aren’t acknowledged and being addressed at pace.

      Pros

      I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

      Cons

      The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
