      Pros

      Terrific people in the ranks. Amazing potential for the technologies it develops. Global reach and diversity. Very fair/good pay. Exciting industry. Engineers do best here...senior executives seem to rotate or leave regularly.

      Cons

      Remarkably lean resources and a very short-term, shareholder return at-all-cost mindset. Candor and transparency are not hallmarks of leadership. As you read throughout the reviews, people are walked out for cost reasons on a daily basis.

      Pros

      I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

      Cons

      The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
