Salary, little perks, fellow staff and immediate supervisors. Easy to work with and for. They value an honest days work.
Cons
Information can be confusing at times and communication can be contradictory but that’s due to the startup nature of this company’s division. Improvements are evident.

I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.
Cons
The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
