Seems like the folks at the top just like to cut, cut, cut when it comes to resources and I'm talking the human kind. People are doing the work of at least 2 people if not 3 in some cases. Some folks leave the office but not the job, they get home and are back at work for meetings or to finish up things. There is no training or advancement for most, they have the 'golden' ones already picked to promote.
Suits at the top have no idea what goes on down below in the trenches I believe or they wouldn't take the actions they do. I have no idea what their game plan is as of late but it looks like a suicide mission. Decisions as of late have done nothing for the quality of the product, people or name Aptiv.
Changes to the health care plan out of pocket are so high many don't even go to the Dr. now because you have to pay for it all yourself, definitely not a perk.
