That is why we are constantly reviewing our processes and structures to ensure that we are working to make them better. For example, we have introduced our new product organization and have made changes in both our program and project management so that our product development is conducted in a more structured manner.

      Pros

      I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

      Cons

      The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
