Pros
Health Benefits were okay, I guess.
Cons
First of all, the building is UNBEARABLY cold. Could hardly concentrate when I was on-site at my desk. Pay is TERRIBLE for the amount of work. People are too crowded together, felt like I had no privacy. The team I was part of had no boundaries and if you set them, you aren't considered a good employee because a GOOD employee is a workaholic who stretches themselves too thin and only sleeps 2 hours a night. I am not kidding when I say that I would work a full day without taking a lunch (or just eating at my desk) have an hour or so to myself at home and went right back to work remotely. My first day on the job I was told to treat EVERYTHING URGENT. Also - my manager told me to smile more which was the last straw for me.
