Pros
Management is very flexible, you work on interesting projects, and have the opportunity to learn a lot as Aptiv is very vertically integrated.
Cons
Lay offs and perpetual hiring freezes have left everyone doing the work of 4-5 people who have left and never been replaced. Work life balance and just general stress is bad because they don't have enough staff to handle the workload. Expect your job scope and workload to be 3x what it would be at most other companies for the same role.
