      Pros

      Compensation is good and daily catered breakfast and lunch is great. Good growth opportunities and coworkers.

      Cons

      Lack of boundaries and burnout culture. 5 days in office with limited remote flexibility. No appreciation for hard work. Work isn’t engaging and interesting and tends to be hard and repetitive. Bosses do not take an interest in growth. There is no upward feedback.
