      Pros

      Incredible company culture in the corporate office. Lots of fun amenities & perks. Executives are transparent about company performance & financials. Company pays you $50 to read books from their library. Lots of opportunities to learn & growth. Senior leadership is approachable & down to earth.

      Cons

      Occasionally, certain stake holders get caught in the pattern of "that's the way we've always done it."

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
