      High level people Positive environment that fosters growth mentally, physically, spiritually and financially Great business and sales experience High level sales training and role plays Commission based pay so making above six figures is doable

      Demanding of time and can be hard with family if not organized If the right reps are not hired, it can be a hard experience for them

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
