      Pros

      -fast progression through the company - good pay for a college summer break and better experience than anything else -excellent pay as you progress into management, I started early so was able to max 6 figures in a college summer as a team leader -excellent training -Robbie Wingard the current Aptive Alpha partner is a great guy and means well -management is well trained - the job is very hard you will build tough skin and learn to work hard

      Cons

      - now owned by private equity company so minor changes have been made - If you suck you will not make good money, must be willing to put in effort - as a manager you essentially run your own business so you get hit with some expenses that the billion dollar company should probably cover themselves but you will still probably make good money - some of the managers aren't the best since you can reach that position as a 19 year old. Use your judgement make sure you have a good team leader who cares about you

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
