Pros

Lower management cares about you to an extent. Benefits are good and work culture is mid

Cons

let’s start with the fact you start in the dark and finish in the dark. Next their is an INSANE amount of drive time (2+ hours a day) I lived an hour away from the office and they made me drive an hour and a half each way to and from the meeting every week. The route was an extra 2 hours of driving. Next they value bootlickers more than people who give them actual criticism. Third they make you work extra for a chance at a vacation “circle of excellence” the money spent on that trip could give everyone a bonus each year which I am sure people would prefer.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
