      Awesome company to work for, they have great benefits and treat their employees well!

      Cons

      They don’t pay enough for what you endure while working. But if you get upgrades it’s somewhat makes up for it but you have to know how to sell things to get upgrades.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
