It was really fun working for Aptive. Great company culture with plenty of competitions and incentives throughout the summer. Being around others working hard to pursue their goals will push you to outperform yourself. You control how much money you make.

The days are long and the only day off is Sunday. Knocking on doors isn't glamorous.
Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
