Great team leaders and awesome co workers. Everyone I work with all has the same vision in mind in terms of becoming the best version of themselves and generating success. Having that influence throughout the entire team is what helped me increase my sales by 125% compared to when I sold for a previous company.
Cons
The only thing I can think of saying is not having enough routes open but this is only due to the branch being brand new this year and having to hire/train a team of service pros.

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products
Cons
It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
