      The company takes excellent care of their employees and provides an amazing opportunity and the tools to have huge success and learn valuable skills

      The nature of the work is knocking doors during the summer which can be difficult and doesn’t sound very appealing but the bennifits far outweigh the cons

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
