Pros

Aptive actually cares about me beyond just being an employee. Not only is it exciting to be a part of the fastest growing service company in the history of pest control, but the combined synergy of being a part of that level of excellence brings purpose and direction to my professional life that I know I wouldn’t get anywhere else. I love the people I work with at every level. I am respected here. This is a company built on values and integrity. That combined with our drive makes Aptive a joy to be a part of.

Cons

The seasonal fluctuations can get intense. During the summer, when we grow, it is very intense and busy. Sometimes late evenings and saturdays are a reality.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
