      Love the job! The managers are great and very helpful! The environment is great it feels like home away from home. I love that we have competitions with bonuses. Overall it's a great place to work and the people are great!

      Cons

      The busy summer with the phones, rep and paperwork can be overwhelming.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
