Pros
Aptive is a great company to work for. Interacting with customers on a daily basis means creating connections with them. We pride ourselves on delivering WOW and having fun at the same time. My co workers are more like family to me and we work together to get our daily task done. My branch manager is always willing to listen to our suggestions and tries to make our job as easy as possible. Its nice to work for a company that cares about their employees as much as they care about their customers. I feel like I have job security here and I am motivated to move up in the future.
Cons
Summer season can be stressful and busy but we always manage to get things done and the company always has incentives for us. We have parties/BBQ to kick off and end Summer.
