      A wonderful work environment. It promotes good ethics and instilled good values. It also provides a great network of young successful people.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say there are any real negative parts in working for Aptive, but possibly that it can be stressful at time, as is any sales job

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
