      -Good environment, definitely not the typical “summer sales”. I enjoy working in the more professional business environment. -Tons of locations to choose from each summer -Vess, the CEO, is very approachable and encouraging

      Cons

      (I don’t think these are cons, but some people might) -highly competitive, you won’t be #1 -time intensive, the company expects you to put a lot of time into work

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
