      Aptive holds true to its promises to sales reps a if you put in the work, you will find success. Training program has everything you will need if you learn it all, and apply it. Team Leaders and upper management care about everyone and are great leaders, teachers, and trainers. Ability for cooler students to earn $20,000 to over $150,000 depending on experience, work, and recruiting.

      This job requires a lot of hard work. Not for the weak willed or undisciplined.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
