Pros
As a service manager for Aptive Environmental there are many pros that I can say about the position. Most important to me so far is the family feel in the workplace, with Aptive Environmental it is the strong Core Values we share that make it so that we can all grow and learn from and with each other.
Cons
Some cons about this position would be the hectic and energy exciting spring and summer time. At times it may feel like the summer is not going to end but with proper planning and having goals set for your team it may go by a bit quicker.
