      Good environment if you have the right team, the amount of money you can earn is awesome. Develop work ethic and very strong mental fortitude

      Cons

      No life during the summer. But you do get the next 8 months to just focus on whatever so it’s worth it.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
