      Environment of success, great training, high expectations that push you to do your best. Lots of competitions to keep you motivated. Great environment to network with other driven individuals.

      Cons

      It demands your full attention during the summer (but is worth the sacrifice).

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
