      If you stick to the requirements listed in your contract, then Aptive will pay you every dollar that you deserve. This payment can be astronomical as your commission can be as high as 55%. Aptive provides a great way for young people without college degrees to make good money.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
