Pros
Plenty of work. Bonus for coming to work all week for a few months in the spring or summer time, great job if your single. Mangement at location was great.
Cons
Small raises, not much room to advance, long hours so you want have much time for anything, Pay is not that great unless you have plenty of overtime, pay check looks good until you look at your hourly wage and 110hrs or more you put in for the pay period(there is 144hrs in a 6day work week ). They let a lot of people go towards winter when business slows down. Basically you don't have a life you only have aptive.
